Top Pay Per Call Marketers (2024)

⚠️ FIRST OFF  —  I’m no arbiter of rankings. I’m not the judge and jury with this list. It’s just something cool I wanted to do. In my almost 15 years in this space, I’ve picked up a thing or two, so I hope some find value in it. If you hate it, then hell ya. Comment where you found this with feedback, and I’ll improve it.

Last year, I wrote an article about the top pay-per-call marketers in general, and a lot of people enjoyed it. They enjoyed it because it highlighted the true call generators behind the scenes that most dont know about or just don’t get enough credit for. Here’s the article here if you want to check it out.

Again, this is marketers, and it’s by no means a jab at any networks or lists, but the lists out there are kind of…outdated/inaccurate or kind of “paid for.” I fucking LOVE chopping it up with fellow pay-per-callers, and I wish more people had the opportunity to do the same, so I thought continuing this list maybe gets people talking even more. Some of these people I work with now, and some are just more low-key that you may not even know they exist.

Ray Sinlao

Big Ray, what a guy. I’ve worked on and off with Ray and his team, and they’re as simplistic (in a good way) as it comes. They focus on generating high volume, profitably, with a very small team. At the end of the day, the numbers dictate success, and he sees that his org doesn't need a bloated team of media buyers to hit their goals. He’s been able to accomplish tremendous scale with just one media buyer, that’s truly impressive.

Leo Danconia

I’ve got the privilege to call this gentleman a friend. Not only does he and his team push major volume when it comes to verticals like home services, insurance, and legal, but he’s changing the game with his product, TrueCall. He’s created a solution for call-focused companies that helps eliminate a majority of call fraud by verifying inbound calls directly from the source. It’s so cool watching this product take life in some many companies.

Teddy Truong

I don’t know Teddy too well, but all of the interactions I’ve had with him and the people who mention him are nothing short of stellar. I had the honor to chat with him recently about building a media buying team, and it was clear from the jump that he’s very focused on the right principles of building a business. Being someone who’s gone through the mud and then come out the other side and now being able to build a strong media buying team shows how focused Teddy is on building a business around culture, not just numbers.

The Day Bro’s

These gentlemen are what I call “true performance marketers.” They’re not just launching and scaling campaigns to incredible numbers, but they have a business-focused mindset in everything they do. It’s one thing to drive a lot of calls, but it’s another thing when it comes to scaling a business with pure business fundamentals. These guys practice what they preach, and it shows. I love Peter Day’s podcast as it’s straightforward and no-frills business advice.

Carter York

Mr Spooky himself. When I think about the scrappiest of marketers who will always find that edge, I think of this dude. I haven’t known Carter for too long, but every time I see him speak or get a chance to chop it up with him, I feel as if I’m 10 steps behind. He’s not only a pure pay-per-call marketer and affiliate, but he’s building an amazing team to truly put gas on his product. He dropped one of the best presentations that I had the privilege to see in person, and it was truly amazing to see behind the scenes of a $100mm media buying system.

John Ventura

When John isn’t shoving five guys’ fries into his face, he’s running one of the biggest media-buying teams in the insurance space. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know John and his team at AdSync for a while now, and it’s always amazing to see what these guys can produce. Some people see a successful day with 1k+ calls, well, they see that as a successful hour. They’re an ABSOLUTE FORCE in the insurance space, and it’s going to be amazing to watch these guys grow.

Andrius Kupstaitis

Easily the biggest villain in pay-per-call…ha! Andrius is an amazing human wrapped in the body of a James Bond villain. I’ve known Andrius for quite some time, dating back to 2014, and he’s been crushing calls since then. You won’t find too many people who have longevity like him in this space while running incredibly lean. He’s a one-man force show that puts up numbers as if he had a 10-person media buying team.

2025 and beyond…

I’m excited to see the next class of marketers truly come in and shake up the space. Watching pay-per-call evolve over the past 15 years has been AMAZING, and the partners we’ve worked with and the friends we made along the way have been the most fulfilling part. I predict we’re going to see some major growth over 2025, and some new players make a name for themselves.
